4 = 50

Tomorrow starts up my half marathon training.  On tomorrow’s deck?  4 miles.

Now, let me first start off with saying, I haven’t been running. At all.  Why?  It’s hot.  Like, the actual high Wednesday?  114 degrees – that’s not including the heat index.  With the heat index it was over 120.  Um, that’s too hot to be running, in my opinion.

So, the goal tomorrow morning is, get up as early as possible and run my 4 miles.  I have a goal of 50 minutes.  That’s a 12:30 pace.  That might be a struggle since there hasn’t been ANY running going on….
